We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Warranty/Service Department in an administrative role.

Responsibilities
- Support our service team with scheduling, communication, and coordination
- Assist with warranty claims and customer service inquiries
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain precise, real-time records within the CRM software for all clients
- Review customer purchase order and collaborate with other teams to resolve discrepancies before work begins
