Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in warranty administration, quality, customer service, manufacturing support, or technical service environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Technical Services, Quality, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP/CRM systems and warranty tracking tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty inquiries and repair status
  • Review, validate, and process warranty claims for accuracy, eligibility, and compliance with warranty terms
  • Determine appropriate corrective action, including repair, replacement, or credit authorization
  • Maintain accurate and complete warranty documentation and claim records
  • Analyze reported product failures or defects to identify root causes and trends
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to address recurring issues
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to product reliability and service processes.
  • Support audits and internal reviews related to warranty and service processes
  • Enter and maintain warranty data in ERP, CRM, or service management systems
