About The Position

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in administrative support? Our team is looking for a Warranty Services Clerk to join our Fort Worth office! This role plays a vital part in supporting our Warranty Manager and department operations, focusing on contract accuracy, reporting, customer coordination, and lender communication.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficient with Word and Excel
• Good typing and keyboard skills
• Ability to be versatile in working with changing priorities and position responsibilities.
• Ability to make evaluations, reach conclusions, and solve problems based on subjective or objective information, knowledge, and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing.
• Professional personal appearance. Ability to work well with customers and other employees.
• Will train on dealer computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Pull all contracts from email and files to process
• Prepare registers for billing
• Check all service products for accuracy for lenders and warranty
• Send all registers to accounting for payment
• Enter warranty and gap contracts into the system for payment
• Update spreadsheets after submission of products
• Scan all contracts to warranty files
• Work with F&I on reprints of contracts
• Work with warranty coordinator on warranty and cancellation issues
• Customer background reports and interviews with customers
• Work with agents and or managers on customer background checks and any issues
• Back-up receptionist on overflow calls from front desk
