Are you passionate about logistics and customer service? This role is essential for fostering positive customer relations and ensuring the timely resolution of warranty issues. A successful Warranty Clerk will be detail-oriented, service-minded, and proactive in their approach to problem-solving. This position involves collaborating with our skilled technicians and service writers to ensure accurate information is submitted to manufacturers. We are seeking a candidate with prior warranty experience in a dealership or any type of billing experience, coupled with strong computer proficiency and exceptional organizational skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in warranty administration or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office Suite and warranty management software.
  • Previous experience in a warranty or customer service role is preferred.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods.
