About The Position

The Warranty & Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring product quality, managing warranty issues, and overseeing a team of service technicians and quality control inspectors to resolve concerns efficiently. This role includes identifying root causes of complaints, implementing corrective actions, collaborating with the Quality Manager, and processing service requests and returns. Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm (overtime as business requires).

Requirements

  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Satisfactory criminal history check
  • Satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR)
  • Satisfactory result on a pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of a quality product and to manage warranty issues when they arise. This includes working directly with customers, homeowners, our sales team, operations, and credit department to resolve issues effectively and timely
  • Managing the quality control team at your facility to determine the root cause of complaints and implement corrective actions will also be very important
  • Supervise a team of 2-3 service technicians, and 1-4 quality control inspectors
  • Work with Quality manager to develop quality solutions
  • Receiving, evaluating, logging, and recording all data associated with all incoming service requests
  • Entering, processing return goods for disposition and return credits
