The Warranty & Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring product quality, managing warranty issues, and overseeing a team of service technicians and quality control inspectors to resolve concerns efficiently. This role includes identifying root causes of complaints, implementing corrective actions, collaborating with the Quality Manager, and processing service requests and returns. Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm (overtime as business requires).
