Requirements

Proven Customer service skills
Computer skills and the ability to learn new software
Knowledge of tools and equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for the majority of your shift
Ability to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout your shift

Nice To Haves

Mechanical aptitude
Previous service writing experience

Responsibilities

Working with internal and external customers to find the correct parts in a timely and efficient manner
Maintaining stocking levels and researching parts pricing and labor estimates
Identifying new parts and part categories that need to be added to increase customer satisfaction levels
Working with clients and vendors to manage and follow up on warranty claims
Interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience with the parts department and store and following up with customers and technicians to ensure timely repair
Assisting in cycle counting of the physical inventory and ordering, receiving, pricing, and stocking parts in the service area
Creating service orders and distributing work orders to Service Technicians
Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and striving to improve safety standards and reporting suspicious activity
Completing related tasks as assigned
