Seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven individual to join our team in a unique full-time role supporting two critical areas of our dealership operations. As a Parts Counter Associate / Warranty Claims Administrator, you will split your time between assisting customers and technicians at the parts counter and managing the accurate submission and collection of warranty claims. Parts Counter Responsibilities: Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts orders and inquiries Look up and identify parts using electronic catalogs and DMS systems Support service technicians with timely and accurate parts pulls Fill in for full-time parts counter representatives as needed Help maintain an organized and well-stocked parts department Warranty Claims Administrator Responsibilities: Submit manufacturer and aftermarket warranty claims promptly and accurately Verify warranty coverage and claim eligibility for repairs Track and collect all warranty claim revenue Maintain organized records and documentation for claims processing Coordinate with the service department to ensure proper claim support
