As a Parts Counter Associate / Warranty Claims Administrator, you will split your time between assisting customers and technicians at the parts counter and managing the accurate submission and collection of warranty claims. Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts orders and inquiries
• Look up and identify parts using electronic catalogs and DMS systems
• Support service technicians with timely and accurate parts pulls
• Fill in for full-time parts counter representatives as needed
• Help maintain an organized and well-stocked parts department
• Submit manufacturer and aftermarket warranty claims promptly and accurately
• Verify warranty coverage and claim eligibility for repairs
• Track and collect all warranty claim revenue
• Maintain organized records and documentation for claims processing
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure proper claim support
