What You’ll Do As a Warranty Coordinator, you’ll be the central point of communication between homeowners, warranty representatives, and vendors. Your work ensures that warranty requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and with exceptional customer care

Requirements

  • Previous warranty experience
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow established processes
  • Professionalism and composure under pressure

  • Residential warranty experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks related to warranty requests, ticket creation, and documentation
  • Communicate with homeowners regarding inquiries, complaints, and warranty status updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize and execute warranty requests
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional approach in all interactions
  • Track, report, and monitor warranty requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Accurately document all actions and updates in required systems
  • Serve as a liaison between homeowners, warranty reps, and vendors
  • Support the department head with thorough processing of inquiries
  • Review voicemail and email, identify emergencies, and determine next steps
  • Create warranty tickets and distribute them to customers, warranty reps, and area managers
  • Respond to homeowner questions and concerns
  • Schedule homebuyer orientations
  • Support field teams with final walk requests, color sheets, and additional documentation
  • Run open warranty reports and follow up with warranty reps as needed
  • Research invoices to determine warranty coverage or vendor back charges
  • Close out sign‑offs and maintain accurate house file documentation
  • Return all calls by end of day
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
  • Run weekly open warranty reports for Area Manager meetings
  • Run completed warranty reports for each warranty rep for approval and payroll submission
