- Able to work in a high pace/high volume environment

- Warranty experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Booking warranty repair orders
- Manufacture warranty claim submission
- Extended service contract and tire claim submission
- Maintain applicable receivables schedules
- Work closely with team of Technicians, services advisors and management
- Manage work flow in the service center
