Requirements

  • Ability to read and understand basic technical information, product specifications, or part numbers.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing claims and entering data.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues and determine appropriate resolutions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to learn internal warranty management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service.
  • High School diploma or equivalent studies.
  • 1-3 Years Experience in an office or call center environment.
  • Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Answers phone calls related to warranty claims, product information, serial tag information and distributor locations.
  • Validates information from submitted webform to assign warranty claims.
  • Evaluates relevant information from customers to accurately adjudicate warranty claims.
  • Enters, organizes, and maintains data information for all warranty related issues.
  • Assists in gathering warranty database information for Quality or Engineering purposes.
  • Submits warranty invoices for payment on warranty claims.
  • Handles customer complaints to works toward resolution and ensures a satisfactory customer experience.
  • Performs other tasks or duties as assigned.
