JOB SUMMARY We are currently seeking an organized and detailed "EXPERIENCED" Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator is responsible for communicating with manufacturers, securing replacement parts and repairs for defective merchandise. The warranty administrator handles the shipment of defective parts, arranges for the delivery of replacements or receipt of credit, keeping an accounting of transactions, and handling all warranty requests in compliance with both company standards and legal requirements. Requirements

Warranty experience REQUIRED
Able to work in a high pace/high volume environment
Detail-oriented
Able to work well with others and be part of a TEAM
Work proficiently with Microsoft Office
Possess strong organizational skills to ensure that all warrant paperwork and documentation are completed and maintained in an orderly fashion
Must have both strong written and verbal communication to ensure claims are completed in a timely, efficient manner
