Requirements

  • Prior RV Warranty Writing experience is desired.
  • General warranty claims experience is desired.
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Professional appearance is a must.
  • Reliable and strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Submitting proper documentation regarding warranty work to our manufacturing partners.
  • Work with internal customers including service writers and technicians in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Return defective parts to the manufacturer.
  • Monitor account receivable to make sure all payments are received in a timely manner.
