About The Position
Warranty Administrator Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven Warranty Administrator. The Warranty Administrator prepare an process warranty claims through our software system. Prepare, record and reconcile warranty claims and submit claims to the factory and distributors. Verify criteria required by the factory for proper claim submittal. Follow up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid and/or rejected claims. Maintain positive working relations with factory warranty reps. This position is a liason between our customer and the Manufacturer and requires attention to detail and a great customer service attitude..
Requirements
- Attention to customer service

- Ability to follow directions and established processes
- High school diploma or GED and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable)
