About The Position

As a Warranty Admin at Seminole Chevrolet, you will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims accurately and efficiently to ensure compliance with General Motors policies. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work closely with service departments and manufacturers to facilitate timely warranty reimbursements and maintain thorough documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience with warranty administration, preferably within the automotive industry and with General Motors products.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using dealer management systems and warranty claim software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of General Motors warranty policies and procedures is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process and submit warranty claims for General Motors vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Review and verify warranty documentation to ensure compliance with GM guidelines.
  • Communicate with service technicians, parts departments, and GM representatives regarding claim status and discrepancies.
  • Track warranty claim reimbursements and resolve any payment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions and correspondence.
  • Stay updated on changes in GM warranty policies and procedures.
