About The Position

As a 12-Time Porsche Premier Dealer and a Top 10 Porsche dealership in the nation, we pride ourselves on performance, discipline, and delivering a world-class ownership experience. We’re hiring an Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our fast-paced team. If you’re detail-oriented with at least 2 years of warranty admin/booking experience —Porsche brand experience preferred — we’d love to hear from you. The Warranty Administrator is responsible for ensuring all warranty claims are properly documented, compliant with factory and/or dealership requirements and preparing and submitting the claims to the manufacturer.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as an Automotive Warranty Admin/Book
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and strong time management skills.
  • Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.
  • 18 years or older required
  • All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Porsche experience

Responsibilities

  • Process warranty claims in a timely manner ensuring compliance with factory requirements.
  • Reconcile warranty schedule ensuring claims paid in a timely manner; follow up on unpaid claims as needed.
  • Accurately maintain and management data and/or files related to customer and vehicle data
