We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warranty Administrator to serve as the critical link between our service department and OEM warranty systems — ensuring accurate and timely claim submissions, maximum reimbursement recovery, and full compliance with manufacturer guidelines. Ford-certified experience is strongly preferred, though candidates with experience across other OEM platforms are encouraged to apply. Compensation is competitive and will be determined based on the applicant’s qualifications and experience. Ford warranty experience is a strong advantage, but we believe great warranty administrators come from all OEM backgrounds.
