Turner Industries Group, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join their team in the Cantonment, FL area. The warehouse worker will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products.
Requirements
- Must pass excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills.
- Post offer drug screen and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries, Ltd. Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
- Hazard Communication orientation/test
- Turner Industries Group LLC. indoctrination
- OSHA approved corrective eye wear (Z87)
- Applicant/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of such individual or others at the workplace
Responsibilities
- Stores, removes, loads and unloads all types of materials from storage bins, pallets and vehicles that cannot be handles by material handling devices
- operates manual or mechanical devices and stocks inventory shelves
- reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved , gathered or distributed
- assorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves or bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, or color
- moves materials and supplies from the warehouse and prepares for delivery
- fills requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or stock items
- records material items received or distributed
- may maintain inventory records
- performs routine housekeeping tasks to maintain work area
- performs additional assignments as required
