Position Summary Accurately pick, verify, and stage customer orders using pick tickets or RF scanners Inspect items for accuracy and damage, reporting discrepancies as needed Prepare orders for shipment by packing, labeling, and selecting appropriate materials Generate shipping labels and documentation; coordinate carrier pickups and timely dispatch Load and unload trucks manually or with material handling equipment Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders Label, store, and update inventory accurately using the warehouse management system Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified) Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow all safety procedures and assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum one year of recent work experience in order picking, shipping, and/or receiving in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to read and understand pick tickets, packing slips, and other shipping/receiving documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) frequently and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck) safely a must.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills in the English language.
  • Trustworthy and reliable, with regular, on time, attendance.
  • Availability to work overtime, per the business needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (SAP) and RF scanners is a plus.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
