The Warehouse Associate will work with inventory to fill customer orders and receive raw materials. The Warehouse employee is required to drive a forklift, responsible for picking, packing, shipping and receiving of inventory. The Warehouse employee must use all safety precautions while operating equipment and tools. The ability to take direction and demonstrate initiative to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner is a must. Manufacturing Plant & Warehouse environment Working with plant employees requires a role model profile that reflects the rules and discipline levels employed on the shop floor. Some overtime may be required. What You'll Do Follow and adhere to documented shipping instructions for all inventory Work with team to maintain warehouse schedule to accommodate for moving open orders through production and building pre-tested stock units Facilitate inventory control through cycle counts and proper inventory identification Follows safety standards at all times Accepts other duties as assigned What You'll Bring High school diploma Forklift experience, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Receiving Must possess a working knowledge of electrical and mechanical operation and the be able to work effectively with basic shop tools and machines Must be able to lift and carry over 50 lbs. Must have reliable transportation Must pass drug screen and background check What We Value Must have good communication and interpersonal skills in order to communicate rapidly and effectively within the organization and to represent the company in a professional manner to suppliers and visitors. Must be willing and able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision but must also readily ask for direction and help when needed.
