Our OSI Electronics division is a diversified manufacturer of electronic devices and value-added manufacturing services for use in a broad range of applications, including aerospace and defense electronics, security and inspection systems, and medical monitoring and diagnostics. OSI Electronics is seeking a Warehouse Temp to assist the team with shipments. This individual will perform the physical and administrative tasks involved in the receiving, storing, distributing, and order fulfillment of product. They will also ensure that accurate records are maintained of product, review customer orders, examine, stock, and distribute product within storage.

Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent required. Years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Great time management, organization, and prioritization abilities required.
  • Must be able to effectively read, write, and verbally communicate in the business language (English).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a warehouse environment desired.
  • Experience operating a pallet jack/fork lift desired.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various tasks associated with preparing, loading, and unloading pallets of materials.
  • Receives stock and pulls stock from the stockroom for shipment.
  • Recording and maintaining inventory of all goods and materials.
  • Records damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the stockroom and reports to management immediately.
  • Keeps records of all documentation relating to the dispatch and receipt of goods.
  • Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
