The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining safety and quality standards. This role leads, train warehouse employees, and ensuring inventory accuracy while adhering to safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Master operation of all warehouse equipment Oversee receiving and shipping operations. Perform advanced BC tasks, such as posting inventory, making adjustments, and tracking product flow. Communicate via email with updates and responses. Lead and train associate's in operations and safety practices. Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations. Conduct huddles, enforce safety standards, and lead safety initiatives. Assist with staffing and scheduling, serving as a backup for all lower-level roles. Ensure proper handling and storage of food products to maintain quality and prevent contamination. Adhere to food safety regulations and warehouse sanitation protocols (e.g., HACCP, GMP). Coordinate with other departments (Production, Purchasing, Transportation) to ensure on-time order fulfillment. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines. Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to meet daily operational goals. Perform basic order picking, staging, and organizing for shipments. Communicate effectively via Teams, Redzone, or Email with supervisors and team leads. Performance Metrics: Efficiency in warehouse operations. Team development and training success. Compliance with safety, accuracy, and operational standards. Other tasks as assigned.
