About The Position

Grande Lomira seeking a driven and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at our fast‑paced Distribution Center! In this role, you will oversee Receiving & Inventory Associates, coordinate workflow, and ensure accurate, efficient movement of products from receiving through shipping. Your leadership will play a key role in maintaining a safe workplace, optimizing productivity, and delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers. The ideal candidate is an organized problem‑solver who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates with clarity, and leads by example. You’ll use your knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and team development to uphold high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Leadership, Industrial Tech or other related field strongly desired. An equivalent level of experience may be considered.
  • Three (3) or more years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry, with work experience and/or training related to management/leadership skills required OR a Bachelor's degree and relevant internship or other management/leadership experience and/or training required.
  • Knowledge and experience of lean principles and process optimization.
  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
  • Ability to comprehend technical instructions/policies/procedures in written, verbal, or diagram form.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with safety and quality compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in lean manufacturing, such as Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local food and water regulations, including CFR, FSMA, the PMO, and Bioterrorism Act preferred.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing software and data analysis tools.
