What You’ll Do: Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping Ensure error-free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations Motivate and coach a team to meet productivity and performance goals Drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processes Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment, fleet, and facilities Develop and uphold safety programs, adhering to OSHA and DOT regulations What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of logistics experience in a warehousing environment (1+ year of supervisory experience preferred) Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant logistics tools Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and project management (a plus!) Requirements

  • 4+ years of logistics experience in a warehousing environment (1+ year of supervisory experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance
