Requirements

  • Experience (3+ years) as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Strong knowledge of day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team, ensuring productivity and accountability on the floor
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required to effectively communicate with the team
  • Hands-on leadership style—willing to work on the floor and support operations as needed
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer skills (Excel, email, inventory systems)
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
  • Knowledge of workplace safety standards (OSHA) and ability to enforce compliance
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems quickly, and make decisions under pressure
  • Reliable, proactive, and results-driven with strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work extended hours or different shifts based on operational needs, including weekend and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of work experience in a Supervisory role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Spanish/English bilingual preferred
