About The Position

Help us move one million pounds of product a day safely, efficiently, and with a people-first mindset. As our next Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll lead 20-25 associates on the night shift, turning real-time data and continuous-improvement tools into better throughput, tighter inventory control, and an injury-free workplace. Second shift – Start time 5:00 PM

Requirements

  • 3+ yrs leading 15+ hourly associates in high-volume distribution, manufacturing, or 3PL.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS/WMS or ERP warehouse modules (SAP, Manhattan, High Jump, etc.).
  • Proven CI chops—Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent problem-solving toolkit.
  • Working knowledge of food-safety or regulated-industry SOPs (HACCP, GMP, OSHA).
  • Forklift/PIT certification (trainer level a plus).

Nice To Haves

  • Green Belt or higher; SQF/BRC audit exposure.
  • Experience shepherding tech upgrades or warehouse automation projects.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Own the numbers. You’ll steer labor productivity, pick accuracy, yield, and safety KPIs that feed directly into daily executive dashboards.
  • Champion CI. Run Kaizen blitzes, A3s, and 5S events that reduce waste and unlock capacity for our upcoming cold-storage expansion.
  • Guard food safety. Play a frontline role in HACCP / QACCP compliance and third-party audits—your stamp keeps shelves stocked across the U.S.
  • Develop people. Train, coach, and celebrate a high-energy crew; your leadership sets the tone for a positive, recognition-rich culture.
  • Data-driven hustle. Pull LMS/WMS reports at sunrise, translate trends into action by the morning huddle.
  • Growth curve. Navigate a live WMS upgrade and automation pilots (AMRs, AS/RS) without missing daily ship windows.
  • Cold-chain complexity. Balance speed and strict temperature controls—no room for compromise on quality.
