Requirements

  • Experience with SAP / ERP systems
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment; strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with math, computer use, and accurate typing.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and accurately reading and writing measurements, including fractions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage receiving, processing, and distribution operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
  • Oversee and land is hands-on in safety, quality, performance, and customer experience, maintaining accurate operational records.
  • Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and personal protective equipment, upholding all health, hygiene, and safety requirements.
  • Train, coach, and motivate warehouse employees; manage performance through feedback and development.
  • Achieve performance goals through effective space utilization, inventory accuracy, and workflow optimization.
