As o ur Will C all specialist (Internally known as Parts Pick-Up Partner) you will get to directly interact with our customers. You must demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, a deep understanding of our warehouse management software and the flexibility to pick orders. While taking care of customers at the Will Call counter is the primary objective, you will find yourself assisting other segments of the DC with small projects. Thus, having a collaborative attitude, high energy level, and the ability to perform tasks both independently and as part of a team is crucial to this position.
