Will Call Specialist
About The Position
As o ur Will C all specialist (Internally known as Parts Pick-Up Partner) you will get to directly interact with our customers. You must demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, a deep understanding of our warehouse management software and the flexibility to pick orders. While taking care of customers at the Will Call counter is the primary objective, you will find yourself assisting other segments of the DC with small projects. Thus, having a collaborative attitude, high energy level, and the ability to perform tasks both independently and as part of a team is crucial to this position.
Requirements
- You’re a stickler for details and you have the ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy
- You possess the ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to 4 0lbs unassisted
- You have fantastic communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)
- You’re looking to work Monday through Friday 10 :00am- 6 : 3 0pm and are able to work Saturdays when needed
Nice To Haves
- If you have previous warehouse experience with S AP and Will Call it’s a plus, but not required
- Bonus points if you have six months or more of c ustomer s ervice experience !
- You are forklift certified ( or are willing to be certified)
Responsibilities
- Assemble customer orders, pick parts, and confirm part numbers / quantities
- Accurately record customer pickups and adjust orders when needed
- F acilitate returns for defective and unwanted product
- Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with our supplies and support departments as needed
