Join our team and be apart of our story for the exciting 2026 Season! Summary : Works to prepare and move product according to established safety, performance and accuracy standards. Maintains and verifies documentation to facilitate the flow of product through the track. Performance directly impacts overall safety, cost and service metrics.

Requirements

  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods during events or as required by operational demands.
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.
  • Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures appropriate functions, duties and procedures are performed as directed by Purchasing Manager(s).
  • Receives, unloads, moves, and loads product.
  • Verifies correct counts of items received and notes discrepancies or damages.
  • Issues and delivers items to the proper destination and obtains signatures to document delivery/receipt.
  • Maintains proper storage of inventory product to avoid spills or spoilage; rotates stock according to schedule.
  • Maintains work area in a safe and proper manner; reports any unsafe and/or hazardous conditions.
  • Manages and maintains stock control; plans future needs and adjusting par levels, processes stock order review orders, controls dead stock and maintains scheduling of deliveries on dock.
  • Assists with month end inventory counting and reporting any concerns or issues to Purchasing Manager(s) for follow-up.
  • Assists Purchasing Manager(s) with inputting month end inventory counts.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to push and pull carts of product.
  • Ability to lift equipment and product up to 75 pounds.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
