About The Position

The Warehouse Stock & Logistics Coordinator at Ferragamo plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across the full lifecycle of product movement—from order fulfillment to returns. This position oversees the daily execution of E-commerce logistics, including inventory accuracy, order picking, packing, and shipping, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support online sales initiatives. The role will also manage reverse logistics processes for E-commerce, Retail, and Wholesale channels, ensuring efficient handling of returned merchandise through inspection and re-stocking. This supervisor will ensure that both outbound and inbound logistics align with Ferragamo’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and luxury service. You will join our regional Office in Secaucus, New Jersey being part of the Distribution Center (Warehouse). Please only apply if you have warehouse experience, this is not a marketing E-commerce position this is logistics and warehouse.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an omni channel warehouse, preferably in a luxury or fashion environment.
  • Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of return processes and inventory/quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on operational oversight + active supervision
  • Monitoring picking, packing, and shipping workflows
  • Overseeing return processing & inspections
  • Coaching associate’s in real time
  • Ensuring safety compliance and SOP adherence
  • Resolving live operational issues (short picks, damages, carrier delays)
  • Quality control checks
  • Balancing labor between outbound & reverse logistics
  • Systems management + coordination + reporting
  • WMS / ERP inventory updates
  • KPI tracking (return rates, cycle time, productivity)
  • Performance reporting
  • Scheduling and workforce allocation planning
  • Email coordination with customer service and sales
  • Investigating order discrepancies
  • Compliance documentation
