About The Position

As a Warehouse Specialist at T1 Energy, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient warehouse operations. This position oversees the flow of materials and finished products across various storage and logistics functions while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (required).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or materials management.
• Strong understanding of inventory control systems, purchase order processes, and warehouse logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; able to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate product deliveries based on sales orders, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation.
• Monitor and approve warehouse documentation and enforce fire safety and compliance standards.
• Maintain a clean, secure, and organized storage environment to prevent damage or loss of inventory.
• Oversee material and product movement in external warehouses, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Lead and support warehouse staff by developing work plans and supervising daily operations to meet departmental targets.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure card, account, and physical item consistency; manage the handling of obsolete or defective materials.
• Develop and implement warehouse management systems and continuous improvement strategies.
• Perform cost control analysis, assist in budgeting, and evaluate personnel performance to optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Participate in mandatory global training programs (Southeast Asia & China) to gain exposure to best practices and standardized procedures across Trina Solar operations.
