Join the home for entrepreneurs!   Your role in our team Inventory You will perform and reports cycle counts for designated areas to manage inventory You will reorder stock items as needed You will pull and distribute inventory You will organize inventory area(s) You will organize detail list of purchased parts that need to be returned to vendor Receiving You will compare parts for accuracy against items listed on shipping documents for incoming shipments You will unpack, count, examine, and labels incoming goods You will inspect and reject damaged items and/or record short items or errors. Contacts shipper/ shipper/appropriate personnel to resolve issue You will place and assign items received in proper bin location (whether for a specific job or raw material) You will utilize appropriate equipment to ensure the safe transport and storage of all materials You will complete daily receiving entries in computer system You will help others track received purchased parts You will complete custom clearance for shipping and receiving Shipping You will understand lead times associated with shipments You will complete customs documentation for international shipments accurately You will ensure items are dropped off/picked up at destination in a timely manner You will compare parts for accuracy against items listed on shipping orders for outgoing shipments You will load/unload items from trucks as required You will ensure appropriate shipping documents are provided for each shipment You will utilize appropriate packing materials to ensure safe transport of goods to delivery destination You will identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified You will coordinate with dispatchers to organize shipments   Your working environment at Körber Join Körber Pharma and you will work in an innovative, friendly and digital environment providing the opportunity to advance your career. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • forklift operation / certification preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record
  • Exhibit great attention to detail
  • Exhibit clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Display organizational skills
  • Ability to operate forklift to convey, move or hoist materials to proper areas
  • Good working knowledge of part numbers and part usage
  • Ability to use tape measure with accuracy
  • Use hand tools and power tools at a skillful level
  • Read and understand prints for assembly of mechanical hardware/parts
  • Demonstrate basic computer literacy with common computer programs such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-Outlook
