The Warehouse Shipping Coordinator role involves assigning order or dock tasks, coordinating with CSR and Operations Supervisor for shipping schedules, labor requirements, and cycle counts. This position is also responsible for shipping individual product orders using specific systems, stocking and maintaining the shipping area, and ensuring address labels are correct by verifying against pick tickets.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
Minimum 1 to 2 years related experience and /or training; or an equivalent combination of educations and experience
Experience with warehouse equipment
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual
Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Multiple warehouse management system training preferred

Responsibilities

Assigns order or dock task to the appropriate personnel
Coordinates with the CSR and Operations Supervisor to determine shipping schedules, labor requirements for rework projects, and cycle counts
Ships individual product orders using a Fed-Ex or UPS shipping system
Stocks and maintains shipping area with supplies and equipment
Ensures address labels are correct by verifying against pick ticket
