About The Position

Balanced Body is seeking an experienced Shipping Coordinator to join their Shipping team. This is an office position with responsibilities that include all aspects of shipment processing, including data entry on carrier sites to generate shipment documentation, acting as a liaison between the sales team and carriers to obtain freight quotes, assisting with international export documents, and providing general team support as needed. To be successful, the individual must be able to meet deadlines, demonstrate great accuracy and attention to detail, consistently follow processes, and work well in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and process-oriented, working directly with the Shipping team to ensure timely and accurate order shipments. The role requires comfort in a fluid environment where priorities could shift. Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent
General shipping and warehousing experience
Experience processing shipments on freight carrier sites
Superb time management, organization skills, and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication
Motivated to work independently with minimal direction
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Work collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities

Processing of domestic freight orders on carrier sites to generate bill of ladings and labels for shipments
International and domestic freight quote processing
International export document generation
Perform other duties as required to meet company needs
