Warehouse Shipping Coordinator
About The Position
Balanced Body is seeking an experienced Shipping Coordinator to join their Shipping team. This is an office position responsible for all aspects of shipment processing, including data entry on carrier sites, generating shipment documentation, liaising between the sales team and carriers for freight quotes, assisting with international export documents, and providing general team support. The successful candidate will be able to meet deadlines, demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, consistently follow processes, and work well in a team. The role requires excellent communication and a process-oriented approach, working directly with the Shipping team to ensure timely and accurate order shipments. The environment is fluid, with shifting priorities. Balanced Body is an industry leader in Pilates equipment and education, known for updating Joseph Pilates’ equipment with modern engineering and biomechanics. Requirements

- Associate’s degree or equivalent
- General shipping and warehousing experience
- Experience processing shipments on freight carrier sites
- Superb time management, organization skills, and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Motivated to work independently with minimal direction
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
Responsibilities
- All aspects of shipment processing including data entry on carrier sites to generate shipment documentation
- Liaison between the sales team and carriers to obtain freight quotes
- Assist with international export documents
- Provide general team support where and as needed
- Processing of domestic freight orders on carrier sites to generate bill of ladings and labels for shipments
- International and domestic freight quote processing
- International export document generation
- Perform other duties as required to meet company needs
