About The Position

We’re looking for a Receiving Associate who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and knows how to keep freight organized, accounted for, and moving efficiently. 🏷️ Position Overview As a Warehouse Receiving Associate, you’ll be the first touchpoint for all inbound shipments. You’ll unload trucks, check product for accuracy, document inventory, and make sure every item is in the right place. Your attention to detail and efficiency keeps our entire operation on track.

Requirements

1+ year of warehouse experience (receiving experience strongly preferred)
Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
Safety‑first mindset and a reliable, team‑player attitude
Flexibility to work overtime when needed
Forklift experience a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Unload inbound shipments and verify products against packing lists and purchase orders
Inspect incoming goods for accuracy, damage, and proper labeling
Accurately record and check in inventory into the warehouse system
Stage, sort, and route received materials to the correct warehouse locations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving dock
Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to keep product flowing correctly
Operate forklifts or pallet jacks as needed to support receiving tasks (secondary, NOT the focus)
