Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (or local equivalent)
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and speak the local language.
  • Proficient with job‑related software applications, including Oracle, MyWorkshop, other web‑based platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well with cross‑functional teams.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn additional electronic systems used for material management.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, including floor‑to‑waist, waist‑to‑crown, and horizontal movements.
  • Ability to perform frequent simple grasping, firm grasping, fine manipulation, neck rotation, and neck flexion throughout the workday.
  • Ability to twist, bend, stoop, squat, and reach at, above, and below shoulder height frequently.
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the day.
  • Ability to safely ascend, descend, and balance on portable stairs for small‑parts retrieval.

  • Prior experience using a forklift and weight scales.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, test, and measure materials, products, and installations for conformance to specifications, documenting acceptance or rejection status.
  • Conduct visual and measurement tests and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to verify product requirements.
  • Discuss inspection results with responsible teams and recommend corrective actions.
  • Perform root cause analysis and document non‑conforming materials, including recommendations to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain production output to meet goals while demonstrating urgency and a focus on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support process improvements that enhance quality and productivity.
  • Manage material flow by moving materials, processing transactions in the electronic material management system, receiving/issuing materials, and coordinating with on‑site/off-site warehousing for replenishment and storage needs.
  • Partner with logistics and production teams to resolve or prevent part shortages.
  • Maintain and review documentation related to recording, allocating, and distributing regulated materials.
  • Perform cycle counts, cycle audits, and scheduled physical inventory; reconcile discrepancies and report issues to the Supervisor.
  • Comply with EHS and Quality System regulations and policies.
