The centers provide campus-based direct services and supports at 13 centers located throughout the state. Learn About Our State Supported Living Centers   If you are looking for a place to work where you can establish a career that is filled with purpose, this is the job for you!   Under the direct supervision of the Quality Assurance Director. This position will work Monday-Friday, with the shift being 8 AM - 5 PM. They will be responsible for entry-level clerical work in areas such as taking notes during meetings, conducting audits, sending out emails, scheduling, assistance with document requests, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of office procedures and of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and arithmetic.
  • Skill in the use of computers and office equipment.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain records, files, and reports,
  • Ability to communicate with others effectively, both orally and in written form.
  • Knowledge of the facility Operating Procedures Manual (OPM).
  • General knowledge of ICF/IID standards.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Graduation from a standard high school or equivalent.
  • General knowledge of ICF/IID standards
  • Two (2) years’ work experience in clerical or administrative duties.
  • Experience with audits.

Responsibilities

  • Attends work on a regular basis and predictable schedule in accordance with agency leave policy and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Produces and proofs correspondence, reports, logs, document requests, and other related forms.
  • Attending meetings and transcribing.
  • Assembles, organizes, and tabulates data.
  • Files and maintains supplies, forms, records, and reports.
  • May perform data entry and retrieval.
  • Assisting with HRC meetings
  • Conducting audits
  • Sending out email with pertinent information/data.
