About The Position
Lickety Split Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Purchasing Assistant to support our fast-paced service operations. This role is responsible for financial asset management, warranty data research and parts ordering. The ideal candidate takes ownership of supply accuracy, proactively identifies shrink issues, and maintains a clean, secure, and controlled warehouse purchasing environment.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for financial inventory assets
- Ordering parts for technicians and/or jobs
- Ability to navigate computer and phone systems
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to part/item details
- Participate/support regular cycle counts and maintain accurate records
- Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Complete warranty documentation and related paperwork accurately
- Maintain a sterile, safe, and secure warehouse environment
- Support after-hours, nights, and weekend operations as needed
