About The Position

As a Picker at Nellis Auction, you are the final step before customers receive their auction wins. This role involves locating and retrieving purchased items quickly and accurately, ensuring customers get exactly what they expect. It is a fast-paced, active position suitable for individuals who enjoy staying mobile and thrive in a team environment. You will appreciate the constant movement and the friendly, team-oriented coworkers. However, be prepared for extensive walking and movement throughout the shift, the potential challenge of finding misplaced items, evolving processes as the company grows, and working in a warehouse that can be hot or cold depending on the season.

Requirements

• Understanding of inventory control is required
• High level computer skills, math skills and grammar skills
• Excellent time management, communication and organization skills
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced
• Ability to stand all-day and work in extreme temperatures

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of inventory control experience preferred
• Warehouse experience is preferred
• Bilingual is a plus!
