About The Position
Position Overview The Warehouse Packer is responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and labeling customer orders to ensure safe and efficient shipment. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth warehouse operations by following quality standards, meeting productivity goals, and keeping the work area clean and organized.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Pack, and prepare orders according to company standards and customer requirements
- Inspect items for damage, accuracy, and quality before packing
- Use packing materials to secure products and prevent damage during transit
- Label packages correctly and ensure all documentation is complete
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, carts)
- Operate forklift equipment previous experience is required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow safety procedures and report any issues or hazards
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
