About The Position

The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging products for shipment in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled correctly, efficiently, and on time. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or order‑picking experience is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
• Basic computer or scanner skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners, pick lists, or warehouse management systems
• Locate products in the warehouse and ensure correct item, quantity, and condition
• Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling, wrapping, and palletizing
• Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies or damaged items
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts show forklift certification requirements
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets set by warehouse leadership
• Assist with restocking shelves and general warehouse tasks as needed
