Warehouse Picker - Weekend
About The Position
About the Role: As a Picker at Nellis Auction, you’re the final step before customers get their auction wins. You’ll be responsible for locating and retrieving purchased items quickly and accurately—making sure customers receive exactly what they’re expecting. It’s a fast-paced, active role for someone who loves to stay moving and thrives in a team setting. Schedule: Friday-Sunday 5:30 am- 6:00 pm What You’ll Do: Pick and prepare sold items for customer pickup or delivery Navigate the warehouse efficiently to locate items Work safely and support your teammates Help uphold the Nellis Auction Core Values through quality service Why You’ll Love It: Always moving—great for people who like to stay active Fast-paced environment makes the day fly by Friendly, team-oriented coworkers What to Consider: Lots of walking and movement throughout the shift Finding misplaced items can be a challenge Processes may change as we grow and improve Warehouse can be hot or cold depending on the season
Requirements
- 1-2 years of inventory control experience preferred
- Required to meet performance standards and KPI
- Understanding of inventory control is required
- High level computer skills, math skills and grammar skills
- Excellent time management, communication and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced
- Ability to stand all-day and work in extreme temperatures
- Warehouse experience is preferred
- Bilingual is a plus!
