A warehouse picker’s primary responsibility is to pick orders using a voice automated headset and electric pallet jack/walkie rider efficiently and accurately. Must be able to work in fast paced environment.

  • Accurately pick products by matching numbers and product descriptions using voice audio headset
  • Hand stack cases in defined pattern of product weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively from floor to pallet jack/walkie rider throughout the duration of the shift
  • Shrink wrap customers’ orders and label pallets properly
  • A warehouse picker must maintain a minimum standard of 180 cases picked per hour.
  • Strive to have no pick errors
  • Operate layer picker lift when needed.
  • Restock using computerize RF unit.
  • Follow all safety procedures and adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to work in fast paced environment
  • Pickers must be able to stand for long periods of time, able to bend and reach overhead.
  • Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Must be able to work in multi-temperature environments
  • Technology skills a must as the picker will be working with RF Guns and IPADS
  • Basic math and analytical skills required
  • Ability to move products weighing up to 165 lbs. and be able to fulfill other physical requirements including: Repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs overhead), bending, pulling/pushing (Push/pull up to 340 pounds on a two-wheeler)
