About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking customer orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and be committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a warehouse or picking role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Prolonged standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity for handling packaging materials and operating packing equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (e.g., coolers or temperature-controlled areas).
• Capacity to perform repetitive motions, including lifting, reaching, and sorting.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic computer skills (MS Office/Outlook, Windows)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Quick learner and highly efficient worker
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to lift a up to fifty pounds
• Stand, lift, twist, and bend
• Walk 2+ miles per day
• Ability to stand for entirety of an 8-hour shift
• Availability to work overtime if needed

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret order forms/pick tickets to determine items to be picked
• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves or bins based on order details
• Inspect items for damage or defects
• Place picked orders in designated areas for shipping associates
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
• Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) if certified
