Have bilingual or advanced English and Spanish language level, with technical negotiation capacity in both languages. Leading the operations team to ensure the success of processes within the warehouse. Generating performance indicators and reports that allow the monitoring of different activities, and guaranteeing that each of the shipping processes is executed with excellence. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and making the necessary strategic decisions, in order to generate a better experience for those who sell and buy on our platform. Developing a highly efficient team, with the highest safety standards and within the framework of an excellent work environment.

Requirements
