The Opportunity P&G is currently seeking a Warehouse Digital Operations Leader. This pivotal role involves spearheading innovation by collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to develop, test, and implement cutting-edge technologies aimed at automating processes across various warehouses in North America. As an Operations Leader, you'll be part of the technology platform team, dedicated to delivering effective solutions to manufacturing sites and addressing challenges through both physical and digital automation, ultimately driving greater value. Daily work could encompass any of the following: Delivery and start-up of algorithms, initiatives, and projects. Collaborating with experts, other functions, and other manufacturing sites to create the best solutions. Designing innovative new logic or functions to expand the scope of the technology and drive business transformations. Creating and improving standards to enable us to achieve the performance targets for the system. Designing digital systems to partner with the automation technology to drive out losses. Understanding and working with state-of-the-art robotics and automated equipment. Ensuring new automation fits into the overall flow of the warehouse and enables the overall site to deliver its KPIs Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies.
