About The Position

Overview We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Operations Lead who can move between departments and help wherever the warehouse needs support. This person should be a problem-solver, a quick learner, and someone who takes initiative without waiting for direction. What You’ll Do Start each morning by checking which department needs the most help. Move between receiving, picking, packing, smallwares, and other areas throughout the day. Complete special projects such as organizing the damaged section or cleaning up work areas. Support regular warehouse tasks: unloading, stocking, picking/packing, labeling, pallet building, etc. Operate forklifts and other equipment safely. Maintain clean and safe work areas. What We’re Looking For Warehouse experience (picking/packing/receiving). Forklift experience required. Someone flexible and able to work in any department. Strong problem-solving skills and “figure-it-out” mindset. Team player with a positive attitude. Reliable, hard‑working, and passionate about operations. Requirements

• Warehouse experience (picking/packing/receiving)
