About The Position

Cherokee Federal is hiring a Warehouse Manager in Pryor, OK. You will lead receiving, inventory, shipping, and kit-building for the IHS PATH EHR MTK warehouse, while coordinating with IT teams on Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management. You’ll manage documentation, quality checks, forklift operations, and end‑user hardware/software deployments. Travel 50–75% during peak projects. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Warehouse Manager: $75,000 - $80,000 Pay commensurate with experience. Warehouse Manager Responsibilities Include: Receive and verify incoming shipments; log receipts; perform counts, weights, and measurements against bills of lading, invoices, and orders. Stock parts, maintain inventory of materials and supplies; build, inventory, and quality‑check kits; perform general workspace cleaning. Produce shipping documents; properly package parts; prepare packing slips; quote shipments; create labels; schedule and arrange pick‑ups. Operate forklift and shipping software (UPS, FedEx, AFS); maintain Excel tracking and documentation. Coordinate with Logistics Lead and MTK team; act as point of contact with IHS application support, managed partners, and third‑party providers. Support Incident, Problem, and Request Management; provide end‑user support for hardware, software, and peripherals at IHS treatment facilities. Track, stage, configure, and install end‑user hardware/software, including IHS‑furnished property; deploy per IHS SOPs; document issues; escalate per guidelines. Provide regular progress reports and status updates to internal and client‑facing management. Supervise staff; set priorities and organize work for self and direct reports. Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred; or 4–6 years equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 months related warehouse/logistics experience; warehouse and supervisor experience preferred.
  • Experience in IHS environments preferred; must have valid PIV or ability to obtain at start.
  • Able and willing to operate a forklift; prior forklift experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, AFS).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; problem solving; attention to detail; organization; time management; accuracy; basic math.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, drawings, and technical descriptions; follow written and oral instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs; stand/walk up to 2/3 of the time; work indoors/outdoors; travel 50–75% during peak projects.
