About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to run day-to-day operations at a fast-moving distribution center that supports fulfillment, inventory, and light manufacturing. You’ll lead teams, keep orders flowing, and make sure the warehouse runs safely, accurately, and efficiently. If you like solving problems, improving processes, and leading from the floor, not just the office, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
  • Ensure on-time and accurate fulfillment of customer and internal orders
  • Own service level performance including order accuracy, on-time shipment, and inventory reliability
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, adjustments, and space optimization
  • Partner with Purchasing, Customer Experience, and Transportation teams to align priorities
  • Oversee light manufacturing, kitting, assembly, labeling, and packaging operations
  • Ensure production schedules align with demand, inventory availability, and labor capacity
  • Maintain quality standards, SOPs, and work instructions across production processes
  • Monitor throughput, scrap, rework, and labor efficiency
  • Drive improvements in labor productivity and cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards
  • Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, leads, and hourly associates
  • Build schedules and staffing plans to meet operational and production demands
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and corrective action as needed
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Develop bench strength and support succession planning within the warehouse
  • Enforce safety standards, OSHA compliance, and company policies
  • Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse and production areas
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventative actions
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across warehouse and production workflows
  • Track and report KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, labor utilization, and safety metrics
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
  • Support expense management and cost control initiatives
  • Support system usage and optimization including RF Smart and ERP system NetSuite
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and capital improvement planning
  • Other duties as assigned
